1. About These Terms

These terms apply to every private and group boat tour booked with Boka Boat Tours — on our website, on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook, or in person. By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Bookings made through GetYourGuide, Viator or other partners are also subject to that partner's own terms.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
• Please give a valid mobile number that is active on WhatsApp — we use it to confirm your booking and to contact you on the tour day. Bookings with an unreachable number may not be confirmed.
• Group tours are shared with other guests; private tours are for your party only.
• For private groups of 11 or more guests we prepare a custom offer — please contact us on WhatsApp.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are shown in euros on our website at the time of booking. We accept two payment methods:

• Cash on board — in euros, on the day of the tour.
• Wise (card or bank transfer) — the payment link is sent after booking. Please send the full tour amount; any transfer or currency-conversion fees are paid by the sender, so that we receive the net tour price.

Entry to Our Lady of the Rocks island (€5 adults, €2.50 ages 7–14) is not included in group tour prices.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 24 hours before departure: free cancellation and a full refund.
• Within 24 hours of departure: non-refundable.
• Cancelled by us due to weather or sea conditions: a full refund or a free reschedule to the next available date and time — your choice.

5. Weather & Itinerary

Guest safety comes first. The captain may shorten, change or cancel a route if sea or weather conditions are unsafe. By Montenegrin law boats may not stop inside the Blue Cave; we anchor at the closest permitted point and guests swim in from there. In rough conditions or when the cave is crowded, swimming inside may not be possible. Mamula Island is private property and landing is not permitted.

6. Safety & Health

• Life jackets are available on board in all sizes.
• Please follow the captain's safety instructions on board.
• None of our boats has a toilet on board; on longer routes the captain can make a short comfort stop ashore.
• Guests in wheelchairs are welcome if the chair can be folded. Pets are permitted on private tours only.

7. Departure & Punctuality

Tours depart from the Park Slobode pier in Kotor. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Free pick-up from private jetties along the bay is available on private tours only.

8. Cruise Ship Guests

We plan cruise-day tours around your ship's all-aboard time and guarantee your return to port before your ship departs. Please tell us your ship and all-aboard time when booking.

9. Dress Code

Swimwear is fine on board. Modest clothing over swimwear (t-shirt and shorts) is required when visiting the church and museum on Our Lady of the Rocks.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version.
