Herceg Novi guards the entrance to the Bay of Kotor, and plenty of short boat tours to the nearby Blue Cave and Žanjice leave from its waterfront. But the bay's most iconic sights are deeper in — the island chapel of Our Lady of the Rocks, the baroque town of Perast, and the medieval, UNESCO-listed town of Kotor seen from the water.
